Hi there,
First of all, Free Hugs Hanoi truly apologizes our volunteers as from Feb to May 2010, we were unable to organize activities for you due to our big change in structure and human resources. However, since mid-May, we have been working hard on new and interesting plans, many of which are coming this July. The beginning of our return was marked with the success of workshop “Entrepreneurship” which was held on 30th May, in collaboration with AIESEC Hanoi with Volunteer Lisalotte Mulder to be the presenter.
Furthermore, by the end of May and beginning of June, Free Hugs Hanoi announced our key member recruitment – which looked for members engaging in our activities organizing. After announcing via Facebook and email, we were much stimulated when receiving many applications which showed people’s interest on FHV. Thus, on 5th June, our Board of Management arranged interviews with the candidates and 17 most suitable candidates were chosen to be our key members. The key members’ training was held on 20th of June in order to provide sufficient understandings and skills to Free Hugs Hanoi’s key staff.
Nevertheless, in the recruiting time, due to some technical problems, Free Hugs Hanoi were unable to update the information on FHV website and we are terribly sorry for that inconvenience. Our friends, if you want to take part in our activities organizing, you can apply to be our collaborators in the coming events when we announce.
